You may be asking what are stock warrants? A stock warrant is a security that entitles the holder to buy the underlying stock of the issuing company at a fixed price called exercise price until the expiry date.

There are several ways to track them. One easy way is to set an alert in Google. Google “Google Alert” then use the search term stock warrant offering. Make sure you use stock otherwise you will be seeing a lot of arrest warrants. Below is a snapshot of what my alert returns. I have mine set to once a day and they are easy to track.
