ALL ACCOUNTS are on auto rebill. This means your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription from your account settings page. If you have any issues contact us before the billing date.
Because members immediately benefit from the knowledge and/or analytics from Fast Money Traders, we do not give refunds. To remove yourself from auto renew and cancel your account, please log into www.fastmonytraders.com go to Member Login and cancel your account from there. Please only email us at admin@fastmoneytraders.com if you are having problems, be sure to request to cancel at least five business days in advance. Your billing expiration date can be found by keeping track of your start date, checking your account status page on fastmoneytraders.com or simply emailing us at admin@fastmoneytraders.com and asking. It is your responsibility to cancel your account. If you forget to close your account before billing recurs, there are no refunds.
If you do not see an email from us, please check your Junk Mail folder.
Cancellation Policy: You can log into your account under Member Login and cancel at any time. If you are still having problems, please give us at least five business days before your account is set to renew. Once you request a cancellation, your account will be put in a cancellation status and once the billing date hits you will no longer have access to fastmoneytraders.com
Remember if you leave and then come back you will not get the previous price you were paying and we cannot not freeze subscriptions. AdobeConnect charges us per the seat whether you log in daily or not. Thank you and we appreciate your business.
